During the immediate post-war period, Emidio Pesce establishes  an artisan company for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in Basilicata.

In the space of two generations, PSC becomes a  partner of the main General Contractors and  successfully begins  an ambitious diversification and  internationalization project.

The  artisan firm for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, PSC, enters  the construction/infrastructure technology sector in the 1970s.

The rapid rise from local company to domestic leader in the construction/infrastructure plant sector leads to a collaboration  with the main General Contractors (Condotte, CMC, Salini Impregilo) and with public clients (ANAS).

The development of high-tech solutions favors internationalization  (opening of local structures: Qatar Branch Qatar WLL) and diversification:
