The Board of Statutory Auditors monitors the Company’s compliance with applicable laws and the Articles of Association, observance of the principles of correct administration and, in particular, the adequacy of the administrative and accounting organization adopted by the company and its effective operation; it also exercises accounting control.
The Board of Statutory Auditors is made up of three acting auditors and two alternate members, who will remain in office until the date of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2019.
