Engineering
Human resources specialized in electrical engineering, mechanics, digitization and artificial intelligence ensure the transition from the preliminary design to the definition of all the executive phases.
Procurement
We manage the provision of materials, the relationship with suppliers and the logistics, so as to supply the construction sites in compliance with delivery times and quality requirements.
Construction
We create “turnkey” works. We take care of installations and quality inspections, and we also support finance.
Commissioning
In order to guarantee the expected performance of the plants and their compliance with current regulations, we carry out Testing and Commissioning activities, to guarantee the quality of the entire design and construction process of the work intended as a Building-Plant system.
We pay particular attention to the calibration, the balances and the functional verification of the single system. We guarantee systemic integration with the other systems installed and with the building in which it is placed and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
In addition to supplying the specific manual of use and maintenance for the work, we organize training courses for the Principal’s staff.
Where required, we also provide the on-site periodic, predictive and emergency maintenance and management service.
