The PSC Group has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model (OMM) pursuant to L. Decree 231/2001, in order to ensure, both for its internal and external relations, conditions of fairness and transparency when carrying out its activities.

The Model consists of a General Part and of several Special Parts, each containing the type of offense envisaged by L. Decree 231/2001 as well as the provisions to be observed to prevent these from occurring.

The Supervisory Body has been entrusted with the task of supervising and updating the OMM.
