The Board of Directors meeting of  25 January 2021 appointed the Head of Administration and Budgets, rag. Luca Baroni, Manager in charge of preparing the corporate accounting documents of the PSC Group and, at the same time, provided him with the appropriate powers and means to effectively perform the tasks assigned by law.
