PSC Group acquires Alpitel
The PSC Group has acquired Alpitel, a Piedmont company which specializes in high technology for telecommunication systems and networks and is also directly present in Brazil.
The history of Alpitel, founded in 1950 with the name of Ilcet, is linked to that of telecommunications in Italy. The company also designs, develops and manufactures railway and motorway signaling and safety systems, as well as IoT solutions.
The entry of Alpitel makes it possible to strengthen the Group’s activities in South America, through the presence of Alpitel in Brazil. A choice that will favor aggregation with other local organizations.
With the acquisition, the PSC Group raises its order portfolio to 1.2 billion euro. With an estimated turnover of 400 million euro for next year. The PSC Group’s commitment is to guarantee Alpitel’s employment levels throughout the country and, in particular, in the province of Cuneo. And not only through corporate agreements, but also by promoting the high professionalism and technical knowledge of workers.
