The imposing executive building, home of the ENI offices, rises in Rome in the Europarco district, on an area of 37,300 square meters.
1325 fan coils – 91 power units – 31 air treatment units – 2230 air diffusers – 30 extractors – 3 refrigerator units – 7585 lighting fixtures – 67 electrical panels – 2050 smoke detectors – 614 EVAC diffusers – 1041 presence detectors.
The new ENI Headquarters consists of two buildings, Building 4 and Building 2, which measure approximately 112,000 cubic meters and are capable of holding approximately 2,800 people.
The buildings were designed and built with avant-garde solutions and eco-sustainable materials which contributed to its being awarded the LEED GOLD level certification.
The special and mechanical electrical systems were built, according to LEED specifications, in record time in just 28 months: having started in March 2017 with building 4 , they were completed in July 2019 with building 2.
The new complex will be equipped with facilities for the benefit of the employees: a canteen, a creche and a large parking lot.
