Cargo Srl enters the PSC Group

The PSC Group has acquired Cargo Srl, a company specialized in the management and maintenance of electricity grids with 190 employees and a 25 million turnover.

The acquisition of Cargo integrates the knowledge of the PSC Group in the high-tech plant design and installation sector with its own expertise in  interventions on electrical networks  in an area which ranges from Lazio to Sicily. This wealth will be preserved and enhanced thanks also to Michele Giardello, founder of Cargo, who will remain in the company.

“I am convinced that this operation will represent a positive signal for the community of Basilicata, helping it to tackle the new markets competitively,” says  Umberto Pesce, president of PSC, who adds: “together with Cargo, we are convinced that we can boost our activities by  cabling the South of Italy, both with optical fiber and 5G technology and with alternative energy”.
